Thank you.
Thank you all for visiting, caring, and giving a few minutes of your time just to read my thoughts. It’s a humbling experience having you all here, regardless of the heated debates we may have with each other, and the disagreements we get into.
It’s a relevant occasion for these relevant thoughts, and hence I express them.
Meanwhile, let me leave you with this short quote from my upcoming book, which you’ll be hearing more about once 2009 dawns upon us.
“The sincere pursuit of truth requires you to entertain the possibility that everything you believe to be true may in fact be wrong.”
Have a great day everyone!

Good quote. I’m looking forward to reading the book.
As more of a learning and listening lurker, I want to thank you (and commenters) for engaging me so with your take on it all.
By the way, Drima, have you read “Bad Science” by Ben Goldacre? I think you would find it relevant, and it is a very readable book.
Drima, I wondered if you got my email about a Jordanian church helping a group of orphans like this? Sometimes my address comes up as spam.
Don,
“Bad Science” huh? I’ll keep it in mind, but will need some time to get to reading it as I’ve got a big pile of books to go through right now, the largest one being, “Postwar.”
Kinzi,
I’ll check the spam folder.
I have been a silent reader for a while man, What does this mean? Are you quiting the blog?
Quit blogging? Nooooooooooooo. Believe me, I haven’t even gotten started yet.
“‘The truth will make you free’ is a principle that you young people should always keep in mind, especially today when, scorning the truth, freedom is relinquished.”
