I’ve always thought of religion, especially Islam as a way of life - a lifestyle - more than it is just a belief. The challenge is finding the meaning in it and incorporating it in a way which makes a person better. Non-religiously inspired healthy lifestyle changes can also make a significant positive impact on people as we usually witness on TV shows like Oprah.
