Drima, completely unrelated to the topic at hand (I’ll watch the video when I can), head over to the Reuters website. There’s a story there about a Dutch Bishop who raised a wonderful idea to improve religious tolerance in his country.
He suggested that everyone say Allah when referring to God. The idea did not have the desired effect. Quite the opposite, really.
Found the article on MSNBC instead, but it reads the same as the Hebrew translation that was on Ynet:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20279326/?GT1=10252
Still can’t watch the video, currently on dialup.
Thanks for the link Roman. I searched it on Reuters but couldn’t find it. Reading it now.
And ya, seriously, watch the video. SHOCKING!
Will do just that when my bandwidth is higher than 5kb.
Ironically enough, the new mobile I’m planning to buy is a 3G one. Meaning that it will have enough bandwidth to watch the video, though I may avoid doing that and wait for my next (and final) uni visit. I don’t want to cross my new mobile’s download threshold, as the charging after that is murder.
It’s not your connection, Roman. There is something wrong with the video’s ID:
The url contained a malformed video id.
Damn! Thanks for the info Esra’a. Gotta fix it.
I haven’t tried watching it yet, actually. Gave up in advance. I figured I wouldn’t have had enough time to wait for it to download.
