The first article *sounds* positive, but as these are the exact same people signing the exact same agreement for the 3rd time, who is to say it will last this time? Unless KSA bribes Chad and Sudan into playing along, that is, and even that isn’t likely to work out in the long-term.
As for Warren Buffet refusing to divest from this firm, he’s got a point. China owns 90%, thus making any other shareholder a non-entity. These shares Buffet manages can indeed be bought by the Sudanese government, thus turning this divestment into a mere one-time media fad and little else.

According to an article I just read on Ynet (original article cited as being by AP), our good friend Ghaddafi claims that Sudan and Chad signed the exact same agreement in Lybia, that KSA just gave them a prepared agreement to sign, and so forth.
Oh deary me, someone is feeling left out of the game.
