As we all know Bashir wants no UN troops in Darfur. The funny thing is that he also said he’s against UN troops getting stationed on Chad’s eastern border. Hmmm… isn’t that Chad’s business? Oh well… I wonder how’s he going to react when troops do start arriving in Chad because it looks like they’re going to.

…Sneezing while driving… Sigh! Very very bad. Don’t try it at home. Thank God, I didn’t hurt myself or anybody else. The car is fine too. Oh ya and there’s one more thing. Don’t worry, it won’t get you killed but it will defintely cause a big stinky mess… Sneezing while pissing.

I start my internship 2moro in a well known international telecommunications corporation. I’ll be working in the corporate planning department. I’m glad it’s not one of those dumb clerical jobs where you learn nothing. It should be fun or at least very interesting. I gotta go to bed early. I’m excited and nervous at the same time. No more classes for the next 8 months. I’m not on campus anymore but at home as of now. My Islam posts will begin in the coming days starting with a series of short posts. Ya’ll take care. Good night

Sorry ever since I got back home and left campus, I’ve been busy. I leave you with the 2 posts below that were sitting in my drafts section for “backup” purposes. A lot of real bad things relating to Sudan have happened recently. My dad also just got back from Khartoum and brought along interesting stories as well. More on this later. Meanwhile I’ve got to finish up some stuff including the last few pages for the darfur-awareness site. Blogging to resume in 12 to 24 hours.

If there’s any blog that has got me really hooked then it’s defintely the one by Isis. Check out this post of hers. I really admire her for being able to wrote those words and tell her story. Maybe one day I’ll share similar ones with you. I could relate to a lot of what she says but I must also admit that her stories are way more dramatic. Hang in there girl. You’ve got my love and support!

Thanks to Twosret’s blog I had a really good laugh. This comment beats anything I’ve ever read anywhere on the blogosphere.

I’m a Muslim but I do not see Keith Elisson as representative of Muslims, especially since he supports gay “marriages”, abortion, and rejecting two sources of Syariah (islamic law) namely Quran and Hadith.
Keith refuses to support reviving the Islamic Caliphate that can unite the Ummah. The former Caliphate was the Ottoman Empire, whose capital was at Istanbul.
Thus, even if Keith wants an immediately pull out he only speaks for those Kufar who elected him and certainly not Muslims.
We Muslims support American invasion of Iraq that overthrew of the Christian dictator Saddam Hussein and his brother, Tareq Aziz. Saddam was a Jacobite (ie Coptic Orthodox) and Tareq Aziz was a Roman Catholic.
Today, Iraq has its first Muslim Prime Minister, Nuri al-Maliki who is from the Islamist-leaning United Iraqi Alliance.
Copts have no love for Islam and they are a godless people. We, Muslims have two enemies, Jews (Zionists) and Christians (Crusaders).
Copts despise Islam so much they refuse to vote for the Muslim Brotherhood and try to force secular dictatorships upon the Arab and Muslim people.
The day will come when Islam will be glorified and every Jew and Copt will convert to Islam.
Hilarious!

I’m using my friend’s computer. I just wanted to bring your attention to a new Sudanese blogger. Her name is Path2Hope and I’m already loving her blog Nomadic Thoughts. She’s got very smart and honest opinions that I truly admire. Check out this post of hers. Sad but so true.
How can we advance when Africans are the ones holding Africans back?
Even if you changed the word “Africans” with “Muslims” or “Sudanese” it will still sadly remain so bloody true.
