The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is a case of a very ugly deadlock situation… a really ugly one. Example? Hamas says it won’t recognize Israel until Israel releases the thousands of innocent Palestinians in Israeli jails and Israel withdraws from the 1967 territories. Israel won’t release Palestinian prisoners until Hamas denounces violence and recognizes Israel. More examples? Na, I’ll leave that to you.
So… who’s going to comply first? Israel or Palestine? So far, no one it seems… Hence the deadly deadlock. Sigh! We need a new pair of Sadat and Begin. Actually, we need like 10 more pairs of Sadat and Begin! Oh well. Until then, the deadly deadlock will continue.

Hamas won’t recognize Israel, period. It doesn’t matter what Israel does. Palestinians have no reason to exist as a pseudo-nation without the psychotic goal of destroying Israel and genociding the Jews. Ergo, no Palestinian “party”(read gang) has recognized Israel or ever will.
We have the Arab Leaugue to thank for the creation of Palestinians - a society which exists solely as a weapon.
Deadlock? Who cares?! The conflict will never be resolved: it will be a warzone for the next hundred years at least, and beyond that, too. To even think that it can be resolved is just naive, wishful thinking.
“Hamas says it won’t recognize Israel until Israel releases the thousands of innocent Palestinians in Israeli jails and Israel withdraws from the 1967 territories.”
Nope. Hamas said they won’t recognize Israel. Fatah also claim that their land is ALL of non-Jordan Palestine, including the Jewish state.
And the “innocent” “Palestinians” in Israeli jails are hardly innocent. Why should Israel release criminals just because they are Arabs?
“Israel won’t release Palestinian prisoners until Hamas denounces violence and recognizes Israel.”
So the deadlock is between Hamas wanting to kill Jews and Israel trying to survive. That deadlock cannot be solved, unless at least one party compromise.
What should it be?
Should Hamas become civilised and stop their promotion of genocide?
Should the Jews finally give up and simply let themselves be killed again?
Should Hamas become somewhat less violent and Israel somewhat less secure? Maybe if we allow Hamas to slaughter half of the Israeli population? Would that be an acceptable compromise?
Or what if we turned the tables and propose that Israel should attempt to murder all “Palestinians”? Would that be a crime or a “deadlock”?
In the Hebrew course in Haifa, after the war against the party of Satan, we learned a Hebrew song.
We learned several Hebrew songs to make the course more fun, but the one we learned then, after the war, was called “Alive”.
It was a song that celebrated the fact that the Jews were still alive.
We were celebrating the fact that we have reached our goal in the war. We were still alive.
What were “Palestinians” celebrating when they thought that the party of Satan had won? Nobody was trying to kill them. Were they celebrating that many Jews (and Israeli Arabs, Alawites, Druze etc.) had died? Were they celebrating that many Lebanese had died?
We did what the Quran said Jews would do: stay in the land G-d gave to the Jews and not turn back. The party of Satan tried their best to deny the word of G-d as it is represented in the Bible and Quran.
The only Islamic thing about Hamas is their use of green flags. Everything else is pagan. Their use of the word “Palestine”, their behaviour towards the Jewish people, their idea of who should live in Palestine, their custom of using human shields, their strategy of attacking civilians, everything they do contradicts their faith.
If Islam is true, Hamas will be in hell. And it seems like Israel is making sure that they get used to it already.
And suddenly the “Palestinians” think that murdering civilians in their sleep is wrong.
But will that make them stop trying it?
I don’t think so.
The conflict will end whenever the “Palestinians” want it to end.
It really is that simple.
Don’t shoot at Israel, and Israel will leave you alone.
