That’s cover art from the German weekly “Der Spiegel”, from an issue from february 2002. Somewhere I’ve read that GWB liked it, too. :)

The title states”evil thugs” and yet, the individuals are potrayed in the image as heros of America..personally, they’re tarnishing the name of great and noble heroes such as Batman.. ^-^..
