is the headdress Colin Powell is wearing referred to as a turban?? I know the the Sikhs call it a truban but I don’t know if the Sudanese have a different name for it

The head dress in English is known as a turban but in Sudan we call it imma. The long dress he’s wearing is called jallabiya.
